Longterm reform, and thats part of the work that we have described here and that were undertaking as part of our task force. I know that my colleagues this evening all agree with me that we need to continue this work and take advantage of advancing technology, the metrics that exist now, the examples of good practices, the leadership of providers and the medical community and good ideas wherever they are.
