The incident occurred around 9am on Monday on the busy Oyigbo road leading to Aba Road in Port Harcourt. A witness, who blamed the container-laden truck driver for speeding, said the Keke rider tried to meander to the other lane of the road, but was crushed to death. A spokesman for the state police command, Nnamdi Omoni, who confirmed the incident, identified the victim as 37-year-old Emmanuel Udo.
