Averi . averi the chp tried to open all lanes again by midnight after a shooting that was 1st reported at 5 30 yesterday afternoon. But right now, all lanes of northbound highway 101 are still closed after a deadly freeway shooting involving chp officers. The chp says the man who was shot and killed was initially involved in a road rage crash on northbound 101 in san mateo near highway 92. Investigators say after the crash the man got out of a car and pulled out a gun. Chp got there shortly after told the man to drop the gun. When he did not three officers shot at him after he raised it at them. He was hit in the chest an
