Mateo Handall completed the sprint sweep for the Warriors, winning the 400 meters in a time of 51.73.
In the throws, Carpinteria s Esai Vega set a new PR in the discus with a winning toss of 141-2. He finished third in the shot put with a PR of 41-8.50.
The Carpinteria girls scored points in a number of events. Fatima Cervantes finished second in the high jump with a leap of 4-10, equaling her season best. Hannah Portzei of Oaks Christian also cleared 4-10 and won the event on fewer misses.
Alex Zapata ran a PR of 50.92 to finish second in the 300 hurdles. Emily Noble of Maranatha took first in 50.46.
Esai Vega made a personal record discus throw of 140-7.
In the girls, double winner were Emma Holmstrom in the 100 hurdles (20.18) and the long jump (13-9.5). Ainslee Alexander won the triple jump (31-0.5) and the pole vault (6-6). Fatima Cervantes won the 300m hurdle race (58.38) and the high jump (4-8).
The Warriors will compete in the Russell Cup on Saturday.
