Santa Claus visited PAG UK and handed out hundreds of presents
Santa Claus paid a very special visit to the Parents Against Grooming UK hub on Saturday (12 December), where he hosted a festive grotto.
Taking precautions against Covid-19, Santa handed out hundreds of presents to local children over four hours, with dedicated hours set aside for disabled children and those with special educational needs.
William Howarth, founder of PAG UK, said: “After the worst year ever, today was amazing. It was great returning empathy to Rochdale and creating smiles. I am proud of my team and the work put in by Emma Haskins, Lisa Hudson, Georgie Whitelock, Vicky Mills, Donna Greenwood, Andy Jones and Liam Whitehead. They have been relentless, and our Wesley Dowd has also provided over 300 presents for the kids.”
