A family finds their son shot in the street in cobbs creek section of philadelphia. The family ran outside and put him in the car and rushed him to the hospital. Thats when they got the heartbreaking news, he died. The trigger man is on the run. Investigator are looking into whether the shooter and the victim got into an earlier fight
