Ensuring their childrens safety. The lawsuit pits neighbor against neighbor making this quiet culdesac into a legal battleground and lightning rod for advocates for people with autism. He agreed to talk with us but asked we not show his face because of public backlash. He said he filed the lawsuit not to discriminate against the disabled but in an effort to protect his own children and others who had been attacked by the boy. A neighbor boy who has continually attacked small children including our own culminating in a brutal and vicious attack on my sons fourth birthday. The sinkhole opened up last wednesday at the intersection of alvarado boulevard and fair ranch road. District Officials Say a broken water main is at the root of the problem. Both westbound lanes on alvarado boulevard will be closed as crews work to try to fix those pipes. There is now a temporary barrier in place on the 23rd avenue overpass in oakland. Thats the coach with the baseball capteling his student in the baseball cap, telling his student to sit down and be quiet. The student screams in his face then its on. They wrestle over several rows of seats before students urge the coach to calm down. Coach Decarlos Anderson is an assistant Junior Varsity coach and pe teacher at mcclymonds high school. Hes suspended without pay while the Oakland Unified School district investigates. Theres really no excuse for an adult to put hands on a student. Reporter coach robinson, who also goes by los, short for decarlos, also has his supporters. Brandy robinson is a College Basketball player. She says los is her mentor and is a mentor to others, encouraging them to keep serious about school and athletics. She says the coach and the Football Player have put the whole thing behind them. They squashed it. I dont necessarily know what was going on. They
