Life Scout Bruce Bossow, Jr., of Boy Scout Troop 254 based in Warren, completed the final stages of his Eagle Scout Project to benefit the Waldoboro Free Clothing Closet. Bossow, who lives in Waldoboro and attends Medomak Valley High School, wanted.
