We are hearing that the victim in this case mail in his 30s. At this point we know that he is in extremely Critical Condition at aria torresdale hospital. Investigators tell us he was struck by multiple cars as many as four along the rows vessel boulevard at harbison avenue including this chevy tahoe that did remain on scene. Accident happened around 8 00 oclock tonight. Again, police say multiple witnesses told them that the man was running in the southbound lanes of the boulevard in only his underwear. No shoes, no socks, no jacket, police say that he was waving his arms and Singing Police dont know if he was under the influence but believe there was some sort of underlying mental condition. Investigators describe how the accident happened and say the first two vehicles involved did remain at the scene. From witnesses an
