Think it is hard for the Police Agency for whom he works to decide to regulate him. I think the u. S. Attorney general needs to get involved and investigate Police Brutality that occurs on a local level. I like the idea of citizen review boards, made up of nonpolice officers, to evaluate whether there is a violation of civil rights.
