It appears he had a criminal record before he was hired from security atoms moore. Fort Wright Police cited him for reckless driving and dui. Paid a 470 fine and lost his license for 90 days. Same day he was hired, he got into serious trouble. According to police and court documents, Robert Marshall was the night manager at the thornton gas station in florence. On june 28th that year, police drop envelope. He was charged with a felony and sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged. That means no jail time. Marshall was hired in 1999. He had a criminal record at the time he was hired. Depending on the dates, either had two guilty, dui and theft. And he hired for university security.
