On Thursday, the Wyoming Coaches Association rleaesed the first ever All-Conference and All-State Award winners for the 2021 inaugural softball season.
Taking a look at which Cody Fillies softball players earned post-season accolades.
Three Fillies would earn All-State with Emily Egger and Violet Wollschlager earning First Team All-State while Ellie Ungrund would be voted onto the second team.
Several more Fillies were voted to the All-Conference list with six Fillies making First Team All-Conference. They were: Emily Egger, Morgan Evans, Ava Meier, Ally Schroeder, Ellie Ungrund and Violet Wollschlager.
One more Filly would be voted to the Second Team All-Conference and that was Ava Wollschlager.

History was made over the weekend as the Cody Fillies softball teams hosted Green River and Rock Springs. These were the first High School softball games ever in Cody, Wyoming.
The Fillies would sweep the weekend putting up a combined 34 runs over the two days. They downed Green River on Friday by a final of 18-3 and defeated Rock Springs on Saturday, 16-4.
Emily Egger would lead the way for the Fillies on Friday going 2-2 at the plate with 2 doubles, 3 runs scored and 4 RBI’s.
Ally Schroeder was 1-2 with a double, 2 RBI’s and 2 Runs scored.
