Three Clemson Tigers to Compete in the ITA Women s All-American Championship – Clemson Tigers Official Athletics Site

CARY N.C. – Three Clemson Tigers are set to compete in the ITA Women’s All-American Championships this weekend. Cristina Mayorove (123), Eleni Louka (86), and Daniella Medvedeva (101) will battle it out in the round of 128 for a chance to move forward in the tournament.  All three athletes will compete starting Saturday, September 30th. Louka will battle against the University of Florida's Emily De Oliveira at 9:00 a.m. Mayorova is up against Iowa’s Daianne Hayashida at 10:45 a.m. Medvedeva will compete at 11 a.m. vs. Texas Tech’s Metka Komac.  Louka finished her 2022-23 campaign with an 11-17 overall record and an 8-13 record in duals. The senior ended the season with a 2-9 overall conference record. Medvedeva finished her junior season with an overall record of 20-10, 18-7 record in duals and a conference record of 7-6. The No. 16 Florida Gators (17-7, 9-4 SEC) defeated the No. 75 North Florida Ospreys (18-7, 7-1 ASUN) 4-0 Friday afternoon at Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex to advance to the second round of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament. Florida rushed out the gates with an overall phenomenal show marked by a couple of key individual performances.

No 2 Aggies Reach Third-Straight SEC Tournament Final

The No. 2 Texas A&M women’s tennis team punched its ticket to the SEC Tournament final for the third-straight year, as it bested No. 4 seed Florida (4-2). The Aggies will aim to defend their title, playing the winner of Georgia/Tennessee, Sunday, April 23, at the Billingsley Tennis Center, with first serve set for 1 p.m.
