Jeffrey Wallace Goulet lost his battle against cancer August 13th, 2023 in Tempe, AZ. Jeff was the first born to Wallace Leroy and Marianne (Carlson) Goulet on February 20, 1969. He attended Duluth East High School and was active in the Boy Scouts of America. After high school Jeff lived in Minneapolis with friends which afforded him more opportunities to attend punk rock music shows that he loved so much. In June of 1994 he moved with his longtime girlfriend, Kristi Schlaman, to Arizona. While living in AZ Jeff held several jobs but got the most joy from the music venues; working security, setting up stages and doing anything that allowed him to be part of the local music scene which was his passion. Jeff will be remembered for his free spirit, quick wit and great sense of humor.
