Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave. ROYAL FARMS #214 Violations: Observed Krispy Kreme doughnut case having a large accumulation of static dust build-up around fan grates at the time of inspection. Case stores ready-to-eat doughnut’s within unit. Observed three three-compartment sink faucets and sprayer soiled with an accumulation of old encrusted food and dirt and in need of cleaning.

Following a new statewide mandate on COVID-19 mitigation, indoor dining will be prohibited from Saturday, Dec. 12 through Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. On Wednesday, Brandon Monaco celebrated the birth of his third child. On Friday night he was behind the bar at The First Post in Springettsbury Township.  I wanted to come back and make some money while I can, he said.  The 37-year-old wasn t alone.  Many of his fellow front-of-house and back-of-house comrades across the state worked one last holiday-season shift in uniformed solidarity.
