Several members of the community spoke during Monday’s Bemidji City Council meeting on the council’s recent actions and the resignation of Nate Mathews as city manager.
Gwenia Fiskevold Gould was sworn in during Monday’s Bemidji City Council meeting, after which the council continued discussions on water and sewer infrastructure related to Northern Township.
In a special meeting on Friday, the Bemidji City Council approved a separation and release agreement regarding Nate Mathews, specifying that he is voluntarily resigning from his role as city manager.
In its work session on Monday, the Bemidji City Council provided feedback on six proposed options for the future of city hall and the Bemidji Fire Station.
