MCLEAN CO., Ky. (WFIE) - There’s an update on the March 18 crash in McLean County that killed three people.
24-year-old Dylan Cole Howard, of Calhoun.
He faces the following charges:
1) Murder - Three (3) counts
2) Assault, 1st Degree
4) Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
5) Criminal Abuse, 1st Degree (Child 12 or under)
6) Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree
7) Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree

A Calhoun man who was involved in a fatal crash that killed three people in McLean County, including a local man, was charged with three counts of murder in relation to the incident.
According to a news release from Kentucky State Police, 24-year old Dylan Howard of Calhoun is facing three counts of murder, first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal child abuse, DUI, trafficking in a controlled substance and numerous traffic violations. He is lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
As previously reported, investigation into the multi-vehicle collision that occurred in March on KY 81 about four miles north of Calhoun determined that the vehicle driven by Howard was the one heading northbound when he crossed the center line into oncoming traffic.
