The former footballer, 53, looked trim as he went shirtless on day 32 of his stint on the show which is being filmed in Honduras.
Paul showed off the eclectic selection of tattoos on his torso and arms in a pair of black and red swimming trunks which he rolled up.

A TV source said: “He can’t do anything physical for at least two weeks, but the aim is for him to be mentally challenged.
“We are looking at some Italian language tests or maybe arithmetic or geography questions.”
