A 42-year-old man was convicted Wednesday of stabbing his girlfriend to death and killing their two young sons in the city of Orange about a decade ago.
A jury convicted Shazer Fernando Limas of killing Arlet Hernandez-Contreras as well as the couple's sons, who were 16 and 3 months old. An attorney said Hernandez-Contreras was found in a comforter with 48 stab wounds.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported a two-car crash that happened on State Route 21 at the intersection with North Creek Road in Palmyra.
It happened Wednesday, a little before 2 p.m., according to deputies.
Emanuel Hernandez, 33, of East Rochester was turning left onto North Creek Road from State Route 21 when another vehicle, operated by Christopher Everhart, 34, of Walworth was traveling south in the northbound lane at a high rate of speed.
