By virtue of an agreement between Emaar Entertainment UAE and Saudi-based GOSI Investment Ventures, Reel Cinemas will open in Saudi Arabia.
Reel Cinemas will launch its first venue in Riyadh in December this year, which will be developed and managed by Emaar Entertainment. The first Reel Cinemas will feature 14 cinema screens with the most advanced cinema technology and a specially crafted F&B menu.
With an investment of SAR1bn, the expansion plans includes twenty new venues to be unveiled within the next five years, including both cinemas and family entertainment centres across the kingdom, charting the entertainment industry in the country.
