Rex Clark Patton Rex Clark Patton, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, friend, co-worker, often being known as “Dr. Rex” or “The General”. Rex passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 81, after he fought the good fight in his battle with cancer. Rex and his Wife, Ilomae “Snooks” resided in Lebanon, Ohio, from April 2020 to the present time, but prior, resided in their country home of 40 years in Rochester, Minnesota.  Rex was born on November 26, 1939, to John Clark and Elvira Mae (Turner), in Hampton, Iowa. Rex was an Electrical Engineer working for IBM and TRW. Rex graduated from The University of Iowa in 1968 with his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the College of St. Thomas in 1985; received his Masters of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The National Technological University in 1995; and graduated with a Doctor of Bu
