(WCJB) - Tropical Storm Elsa is tracking across the southern Hispaniola coast as of Saturday evening. The forecast from the NHC keeps the storm at Tropical Storm strength along a track that could impact South Florida by late Monday, July 5th, and into early Tuesday morning. For NCFL, as of Saturday evening, the storm looks to arrive by late Tuesday evening and through the early morning on Wednesday.
