The seller was an LLC that paid $1.2 million for the parcels in July 2013. Of note, one of the parcels had been home to the historic Onyx Building (pictured), which was damaged during the early March tornado and required demolition.
J.P. Lowe, first vice president with Nashville-based Charles Hawkins Co., represented Mainland in the transaction. The sellers were represented by Lance Bloom, a vice president with the local office of Colliers International.
