The 2023 theme “Equality, Freedom, and Justice for All” recognizes the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the UN in 1948.<br/>Our special guests speakers are Farah Eck, United Nations Association Senior Director of Programs & Policies; Dr. Paul Frazier, SIUC Vice Chancellor of Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; and Dr. Ella Lacey, who will speak briefly about World Polio Day.
