A 39-year-old Sacramento man has been arrested in connection with a string of early morning armed robberies at businesses in Sacramento County last week that at one point involved a stolen car. A woman was also arrested in connection with the crime spree.
Governor Gavin Newsom will face Republican state Senator Brain Dahle in November, among other results in statewide contests throughout California. In most of these races, the top two vote-getters will move on to the general election in November.
