Lily Hodgson, 23, who posts TikTok videos under the account Thrlils about her cultural history, is often targeted by trolls questioning her right to celebrate her racial identity. At what generation do you stop calling yourself Aboriginal? ten, five, or two per cent? Will your grandchildren still be claiming to be Aboriginal? one wrote.
But the proud Wiradjuri woman hit back, calling them uneducated morons and said being Aboriginal has nothing to do with skin colour.

Five puppies were discovered on Tuesday in a metro Walmart parking lot by a dumpster. The nearly frozen puppies were nursed back to health by a local animal rescue volunteer.
“I’m on my way. I’ll be there to get them,” said Erin Mangrum, volunteer for County Road Animal Rescue.
That was Mangrum s first response to a call she got from the Bethany Animal Shelter on Tuesday.
Mangrum said five, two-week-old puppies were brought to the shelter, struggling to survive. They were left in a Walmart parking lot near Northwest Expressway and Council Road. The mother was nowhere in sight and the temperature was well below freezing. A citizen discovered the puppies and took them to the Bethany Animal Shelter.

Lily Hodgson, 23, who posts under the account Thrlils, recently got a tattoo of the Aboriginal flag on her arm, prompting some social media users to dispute her racial identity.
One commenter said: You are white! Stop pretending like you understand the struggle that a real Aboriginal has been through, quite insulting.
