MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - South Carolina’s constitutional carry bill entered the state Senate Thursday, one day after the House approved it.
The bill would allow people to openly carry a gun without training or a permit.
It is drawing criticism from even those who consider themselves strong Second Amendment supporters.
Chuck Dunn, the store manager at Cormac Arms and Outfitters in Myrtle Beach, has some concerns with the bill.

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) -South Carolinas Mothers Against Violence didnât let the coronavirus stop it from making some Christmas dreams come true this year, thanks to its tenth-annual toy drive.
âI brought it to pass. I said, âWe need to do something for the children that lost their parents to violence,ââ said South Carolina Mothers Against Violence President Elizabeth Bowens.
The group advocates against violence for the sake of the families affected, but also collects donations for the drive for children impacted by violence.
