Mandela Bay animal shelters are under the whip with large burgeoning numbers of surrendered, abandoned and abused animals filling pounds around the metro.
University of Kentucky hosted FFA Field Day Tuesday, April 12. The results for FFA Field Day at the University of Kentucky were released and GCHS FFA members represented the Braves well, wrote Erin Jury-Butler on Facebook. Veterinary Science out of 42 teams:Caidyn Roberts, Ashlyn Robinson, Gracey Coghill, and Kaitlynn Good finished fifth place. Amberleigh Myhnier, Tyler Clemons, Liza Simpson, and Becky Baur finished eighth place.
