Established in 1978, it started as a small fitness club at Atholton Elementary School in Columbia. Today, it is a nonprofit organization consisting of more than 200 athletes from across Howard County, according to its website.
He, along with his family, became very active in the Veguita community. With the church, he guided many youth groups, road clean ups, confirmation classes, catechism classes, while supporting every community event with fundraisers, donations and always volunteering his personal time.
