cnn foreign affairs reporter elise labbott caught up with the secretary of the state in france and asked him about the five taliban leaders released in exchange for sergeant bergdahl. we re told these five can roam around the country. pretty vague on what those restrictions and monitoring are. on a scale of one to ten, ten being the most confident, how confident are you that they ll be able to keep a close eye on these guys. they re not the only ones keeping an eye on them. the u.s. is going to be monitoring them? i m telling you they aren t the only ones keeping an eye on them. we have confidence in those requirements. if they re violated, then we have ability to be able to do things. what kind of things? elise, i m not telling you that they don t have some ain t at some point to go back and get involved. but they also have an ability to get killed doing that. i don t think anybody should doubt the capacity of the united states of america to protect americans. nobody.
