Windsor and Essex County have a long and rich Black history and there are historical sites you might not know about right in your backyard. Elise Harding-Davis, an author and historian focusing on Black history, took CBC Windsor Morning host Amy Dodge on a tour of a few important sites in Essex County, including the Banwell Road Black settlement area, the Puce Memorial Cemetery and the John Freeman Walls Historic Site.
