Kota Kinabalu: A China company was fined RM30,000 in default 60 days’ jail for failing to ensure safety on its project site which resulted in a fatal incident of a worker.
Two companies were fined a total of RM35,000 for committing offence under the Occupational Safety and Health which resulted in the fatal incident of its respective workers
