为查明真相，民警联系上报警人方某，方某辩解称当时自己喝醉了酒，胡乱编了个理由报警找自己老婆。“你为什么拨打110谎报你老婆从事违法行为？”面对民警询问，男子这才道出实情：“我刚刚与老婆吵架，然后她就和她小姐妹出门了，我怎么都联系不上她，我心里十分烦躁，为了能找到她，我才拨打110说她介绍卖淫，让你们找到我老婆。”
经民警批评教育，方某深刻认识到自己的错误。目前，方某因谎报警情已被临安警方处以行政拘留处罚。
