Today, my colleagues, is a sad day. It is a sad day for us. Its a sad day for this institution. And it is a sad day for america. We have lost a wonderlyful human being. Wonderful human being. A good and decent human being. A human being who made a difference. For this institution, for all of us who knew him, were his friend, for his constituents, and for all americans.
