At this point detectives say they dont think the ups driver was the intended target but rather caught in crossfire. They add hes lucky he was only grazed. The packages were loaded onto another truck and sent back out for delivery. Lucky indeed that help was here. Now we are hearing that that ups driver was a 13 year veteran with the company. The owner dan murphy says the driver was familiar witness dealership they service most emergency vehicles in the area. He believes the driver knew it was a safe place and the closest he would be sure to get help. Almost always a paramedic here or police or something because we take care of all their vehicles through the whole area. So its not unlikely somebody would be here. Reporter spokesperson for ups did confirm the driver suffered a graze wound. They say the driver is not seriously hurt. Very lucky tonight.
