Elfa Moraitakis is the CEO of SydWest Multicultural Services, a leading organisation for all cultural diversity issues responding to community needs. The group, located in the Sydney suburbs of Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Penrith and Rouse Hill, provides quality services and programmes to people of all ages and backgrounds, with the ultimate goal of supporting the self-determination and empowerment of these diverse communities.
