MIDDLETOWN The Middletown Public Schools’ $92.6 million 2021-22 spending proposal would mean a 2.67 percent rise in spending entirely due to raises, employee benefits and other operating costs.
The coronavirus pandemic necessitated a “new, bold vision in education,” Superintendent of Schools Michael Conner said in his presentation to Common Council members Monday night, one that will “challenge the status quo and change the status quo.”
