We understand the driver is a fremont resident. Police have not said they believe that drugs or alcohol are a factor but they do believe speed was the contributing factor. You can see the truck is, indeed, destroyed. We understand that fremont fire had to extract the driver using their equipment because of the damage sustained to the vehicle.
