Cody, a real tek team member will be provide a summary of the project at 363, 6th street and i will provide an overview of the shadow and cody will conclude the sponsors presentation with a brief summary of real teks community out reach and Community Benefits. Before turning it over to cody, we want to thank the Planning Department staff, and in particular rick sucre and david for their professionalism and guidance and we want to thank Community Members for working with real teks on the 363 6th Street Project and their comments and staffs work has resulted in a better project and one that were honored to receive a favorable recommendation for approval from staff. A lot of areas are in the 30s. It is chillier than yesterday. Were holding on to the low 40s in philadelphia. 33 in allentown. 43 in sea isle city. The numbers will drop a few degrees before they turn around and start to pop up. The windchills make it feel like 47 in philadelphia. Not that the wind is strong, but were dealing with cooler air and chillier conditions. As we head out the door, look for temperatures in the upper 30s. Probably getting into the low 40s under mainly clear skies by 8 00. Noon, 47. But were not going to be as mild today. The contracts they are getting are so large they would get 2 or 3 contracts with the amount of work going on in this city. This makes it a much better situation for these contractors and these various companies to be able to continue to participate while they are growing their business so when they do graduate they are solid and capable of competing and capable of doing the work throughout the entire city in and throughout
