Supreme Court verdict on Electoral bonds: In a major development, the Supreme Court on Thursday said that the Electoral bonds scheme has to be struck down as unconstitutional. A 5-judge bench of CJI DY Chandrachud, Justices Sanjiv Khanna, BR Gavai, JB Pardiwala & Manoj Misra delivered the judgment on Electoral bonds.
