DOWNTOWN AKRON Summit County will have new voting machines for the May Primary Election. Summit County Council moved legislation Nov. 14 for a sublease-purchase and financing agreement with the Ohio Secretary of State for new machines from Clear Ballot Group to the routine list to be approved in one motion at the next meeting.
