the first two we ve known about since it happened pretty much. the infamous company call between former president trump and secretary of state brad raffensperger in which he asked them to find 12,000 votes, and a separate call to an election investigator who was looking into absentee ballot verification in cobb county. it s the latest in a line of phone calls to georgia officials. we also know about several other phone calls which we don t believe were recorded, including two with governor brian kemp. is that separate from any reporting you talk about a meeting in december 2020 called by the former republic senator and staunch trump ally, david purdue, that governor brian kemp, former senator kelly

what s the impact potentially here of hearing trump s voice in this recording talking about the potential of calling a special session? well, i think it s very important just as the call to the secretary of state brad raffensperger was very important for the general public to listen to. but you know, you have to consider this in the context. i made myself a list here of the calls that donald trump was making in december of 2020. so he called the house speaker. he called a georgia election investigator. he called the governor of the state of georgia, kemp, because he wanted him to convene a special session. and then he had former senator perdue met with the governor, asking him to convene a special session to try and overturn the election. we don t know who put him up to it but i have a good idea who might have done that. so you look at this in context and you see that donald trump was growing more and more and
your governor could stop it easily. brian kemp for not helping him overturn the election. something kemp could not legally do and had no grounds to do. so far we haven t been able to find the people with the courage to do the right thing. here he was calling this into question because we wouldn t lie in front of a national audience for donald trump. and trump leaned on the state election investigator tore. the people of georgia are angry. i won by hundreds of thousands of votes. whatever you can do for answers is a great thing for the country. the surprising part to me was how granular of a level donald trump was actually personally engaged in trying to overturn the election in georgia. certainly we started hearing about phone calls he was making and of course, we all heard the
