Former University of Fort Hare official Eleanor "Mumsy" Feni was a key enabler in a contracts-for-pals scandal that saw nearly R9 million extracted from the institution's coffers in a scheme which spanned half a decade.
Mbulawa established a company, Mbulawa Legends South Africa, in 2016, and with the help of UFH official Eleanor "Mumsy" Feni, manipulated the university's procurement system, securing several contracts from the institution.
