Monster Hunter Rise 2.0 Update Out April 28, Adds Three Elder Dragons And More
Chameleos is coming to Monster Hunter Rise alongside Teostra, Kushala Daora, and more additional monsters to hunt.
Monster Hunter Rise s free 2.0 content update arrives tomorrow, April 28, Capcom announced during its Monster Hunter digital event. The update introduces the previously confirmed Chameleos to the game, along with two other Elder Dragons, new weapons and armor to craft, and more.
Alongside Chameleos, the Elder Dragons Teostra and Kushala Daora are also coming to Monster Hunter Rise as part of the 2.0 update. Each monster will arrive alongside a new set of weapons and armor to forge from the materials they drop. Additionally, Apex Rathalos and Apex Diablos will be added to Rampage quests, and there will be new standard quests to hunt the existing Apex monsters.

Monster Hunter Rise version 3.0 will go live at the end of May and will include several new monsters and a new ending for the game. We ll learn more as it gets closer to that date.

Capcom finally revealed everything that’s coming to Monster Hunter Rise in the 2.0 update, and it includes new monsters, an unlocked HR cap, new weapons and armor to be crafted and a whole lot more that was showcased in their Digital Event showcase video, found right here.
While Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin had a good amount of screen time, the 2.0 update was clearly the highlight of the show, and to everyone’s surprise it was announced that it is going to be available tomorrow,

Monster Hunter Rise‘s version 2.0 update for Nintendo Switch. We were hoping that Capcom would reveal the release date for this update during its presentation today, and that’s precisely what it did.
