Vice president taylor welcome to what is going to be the continued meeting from august 19 as well as concurrently the september 2 meeting of the San Francisco Police Commission. As some of you may be aware, we lost quorum at the last Police Commission meeting due to technical difficulties beyond our control. So at that time, we had completed the chiefs report, the d. P. A. Directors report, and line item 1 before we had to adjourn. Were going to pick up tonight where we left off, so its going to be the president ial report, commission report, and Public Comment. We want to make sure the public has an opportunity to comment on items from the august 19 agenda. So thats how were going to proceed, and then after that, we will continue the remaining items on the september 2 and tonights meeting, and once thats done, we will adjourn that meeting and begin september 2.
