Elcias Hernandez-Ortiz, the only person to survive being shot by Robert Aaron Long, 22, during a March shooting spree that left eight people dead at three massage parlors in Georgia, says he wants him to be âultimately judged by God after a prosecutor announced she plans to seek the death penalty for his crimes.
âI donât want the world to hear me saying that he should or shouldnât die,â Hernandez-Ortiz told WSBTV Wednesday through his translator and attorney Doug Rohan.
