ILOILO CITY – An inmate stabbed his tormentor to death at the Iloilo District Jail (IDJ) in Pototan, Iloilo on Friday, Oct. 7.
The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-6 identified the victim as Melvin Gemio, 39.
Atty. Anthony Dogelio, BJMP-6 spokesperson, said that the suspect, Elbert
