Ryan Douglas, 30, of Lowry Place, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. He admitted that on August 16, at an address in Rosyth, he banged on a door repeatedly, shouted and swore, threatened a man with violence and refused to leave. He also admitted he assaulted the man by seizing him by the body. The court was told conflicting versions of what had led up to the incident. Depute fiscal Jill Currie said Douglas had been in a “casual relationship” with another man for six months after they made contact online. Douglas’ wife had been told of this relationship and had contacted the man, the court was told.
