Fifteen people have now been charged in a fraud scheme that sold drugs to treat cancer, H.I.V. and psychiatric conditions. One was charged with distributing more than $230 million in adulterated H.I.V. drugs.
Lazaro Hernandez, 51, of Miami, Florida, was arrested on June 17 for allegedly distributing millions of dollars worth of adulterated HIV drugs that were eventually distributed to patients throughout the United States.
