The investigators going in and out of the motel as well as closing off not only the motel side itself but the surrounding area. This is happening under i70. Its a tight area and not a lot of space for police to get set up. They had to take over 46th behind me. We first learned about this from Denver Police before 9 00 on tuesday night so it was a lot of time that they needed and clearly spent here while th investigation. They have been able to open it up now. We dont have an update on the victim. We do know one man was taken to the hospital in Critical Condition at the time. As for the suspect, police say they do bloef one person involved in this shooting but working on a description that they can share with the public. Were waiting to hear from them on that.
